•        Google account information: the Google Drive email address you designate for document delivery

•        Communications: emails, contact form submissions, and support inquiries you send to us

•        Subscription information: plan selection, document selections, and billing preferences

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

•        IP address and general geographic location

• Shopify Payments — processes your payment. We receive payment confirmation only and do not store full card details.
• Third-party intake form provider — collects your document intake information and transmits it to us securely.
• Google Workspace — your completed documents are created and delivered through Google Drive to the Google account you designate.
• Third-party customer relationship management platform — used to manage subscriber accounts, communications, and service delivery tracking.

We may also use additional third-party automation and integration tools to process and transmit data between our service providers. All such tools are contractually bound to process your data only as directed by us.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:

•        To prepare and deliver the specific documents you ordered, using the information you provided through intake

•        To create and share your document as a Google Doc to your designated Google Drive account

•        To process your payment and send order confirmations and receipts

•        To communicate with you regarding your order, including delivery confirmation, revision requests, and support

•        To manage your subscription plan, including billing, category tracking, renewal notices, and cancellation processing

•        To send transactional communications necessary to fulfill your order or manage your account

•        To respond to your questions, requests, and support inquiries

•        To improve our website, services, and document offerings based on usage and feedback

•        To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

•        To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and abuse of our services

•        Order and intake information: minimum three (3) years from date of order, to support revision requests, reorders, and dispute resolution

•        Payment records: as required by applicable tax and financial laws, typically seven (7) years

•        Communications: minimum two (2) years from date of communication

•        Subscription records: duration of subscription plus three (3) years following cancellation

•        Google Drive delivery records: we retain delivery confirmation records for three (3) years; your documents remain in your Google Drive under your control

 

After the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

 

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

7. GOOGLE DRIVE DELIVERY — IMPORTANT NOTICE

When you provide a Google account email address for document delivery, you authorize SignReady Co. LLC to share a Google Doc with that account. Once your document is shared to your Google Drive:

•        The document is under your control and subject to Google's privacy and data policies

•        You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account

•        SignReady Co. LLC does not retain ongoing access to documents after delivery unless a revision request is submitted

•        You may remove the Company's access to the shared document at any time through your Google Drive sharing settings

Documents are delivered via Google Drive. A Google account is required to receive your document.

 

8. COOKIES AND TRACKING

Our website may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though doing so may limit certain website functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising targeting or for tracking you across third-party websites.

 

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

SignReady Co. LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18). Our services are intended for adults operating or building businesses.
