Refund policy

SignReady Co. LLC provides professional legal document preparation services. Because our documents are custom-prepared and delivered digitally upon completion, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital service delivery. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital document preparation services — where the work is performed and delivered immediately upon completion — SignReady Co. LLC does not offer refunds except as specifically described in this policy.

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that: You have reviewed the document type and confirm it matches your needs You understand that documents are custom-prepared based on the information you provide You agree that digital delivery constitutes fulfillment of the order You have read and agree to these refund terms

 

SignReady Co. LLC offers a full refund under the following specific circumstances:

 

2.1 Late Delivery

If your document is not delivered to your designated Google Drive account within two (2) hours of receipt of your complete intake submission, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that document. To request this refund:

•        Contact us at hello@signreadyco.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the expected delivery window

•        Include your order number and the email address used at checkout

•        We will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

 

2.2 Technical Delivery Failure

If a technical error on our end prevents document delivery entirely — meaning no document was created or shared — you are entitled to a full refund. Contact hello@signreadyco.com with your order details and we will investigate and resolve within 24 hours.

 

The following circumstances do not qualify for a refund:

 

•        You provided incorrect or incomplete intake information and the document was prepared based on what you submitted

•        You changed your mind after the document was delivered

•        You found a different service or template elsewhere after purchase

•        The document does not meet your expectations due to the nature of document preparation services (templates are not attorney-drafted opinions)

•        You did not review the document description before purchasing

•        Delivery was delayed due to incorrect Google Drive email address provided at intake

•        Delivery was delayed due to Google account settings that prevented sharing

•        You requested a revision and are dissatisfied with the revision result (revisions are provided as a courtesy — see Revision Policy)

 

SignReady Co. LLC offers one (1) complimentary revision per document order. Revision requests must:

•        Be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of document delivery

•        Identify a specific inaccuracy in the prepared document attributable to an error in preparation based on your intake information

•        Not request changes to information you originally submitted — if you need to change intake details, that constitutes a new order

 

After the 24-hour revision window, documents are considered accepted as delivered. Additional revisions beyond the complimentary revision are available at an additional charge. Contact hello@signreadyco.com to request a revision or inquire about additional revision pricing.

 

5.1 Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

 

5.2 Minimum Commitment

Monthly plans carry a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation before the 3-month minimum does not waive payment obligations for the remaining minimum term.

 

5.3 Quarterly and Annual Plans

Quarterly and annual plan payments are non-refundable. The upfront payment constitutes the commitment for the full term. Early cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund of any portion of the upfront payment.

 

5.4 Exception — Service Failure

If SignReady Co. LLC is unable to fulfill subscription services for a period exceeding seven (7) consecutive days due to a technical failure on our end, a prorated credit will be applied to your account for the affected period.

 

Bundle and Complete Business Vault purchases are one-time purchases and are final. Because these products include immediate access to multiple document templates, no refunds are issued after purchase. Please review all bundle contents listed on the product page before purchasing.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a purchase that does not qualify for a refund under this policy, SignReady Co. LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback, provide documentation of service delivery, and suspend or terminate your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us directly at hello@signreadyco.com before initiating any dispute — we are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

 

SignReady Co. LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
