Cancellation policy
Subscription Cancellation Policy — SignReady Co. LLC
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@signreadyco.com before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your subscription benefits through the end of the paid period.
Monthly Plans: Monthly plans carry a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month minimum will take effect at the end of the minimum term. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
Quarterly & Annual Plans: Paid in full upfront. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term. No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a quarterly or annual term.
How to Cancel: Email hello@signreadyco.com with subject line "Subscription Cancellation — [your name]." We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours on business days.
