Terms of service
SignReady Co., LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by SignReady Co. LLC ("SignReady Co.," "Company," "we," or "us") at signreadyco.com. By purchasing or using the Company's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. SERVICES
SignReady Co. LLC provides professional legal document preparation services. The Company prepares, customizes, and delivers editable legal document templates based on client-provided information. The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. By using the Company's services, you acknowledge that:
• No attorney-client relationship is created
• All documents are templates — not legal opinions
• Attorney review is advised before use
• The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from document use
Access to purchased digital products may require account verification through our storefront.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Company's services. By using the services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are a resident of the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. ACCOUNT AND ORDER PROCESS
To order services, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information through the Company's intake process. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. The Company will prepare documents based exclusively on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete intake information may result in documents that do not meet your needs, and the Company bears no liability for errors attributable to client-provided information.
4. DOCUMENT DELIVERY
All documents are delivered as fully editable Google Docs to the Google Drive account designated by the client at the time of order. The client must have a valid Google account to receive delivery. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver completed documents within sixty (60) minutes of receipt of complete order information.
Delivery timelines:
• Standard delivery: within 60 minutes of complete intake submission
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
• If delivery exceeds two (2) hours from receipt of complete information, your sole remedy is a full refund of the amount paid for the affected document, requested within twenty-four (24) hours of the expected delivery window
• Delivery delays caused by incomplete intake submissions, incorrect Google account information, or client-side Google Drive settings are not the Company's responsibility
5. REVISION POLICY
The Company offers one (1) complimentary revision per document order if requested within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Revision requests must identify specific inaccuracies attributable to errors in document preparation based on the information you provided — not changes to the information you originally submitted. After the twenty-four (24) hour window, documents are deemed accepted as delivered. Additional revisions beyond the complimentary revision are available at an additional charge.
6. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
6.1 Per-Document and Bundle Orders
Per-document and bundle fees are as published on the Company's website at the time of order. All fees are due at the time of order. All sales are final except as provided in Section 4 (Delivery Policy).
6.2 Subscription Plans
SignReady Co. LLC offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($49/month), Professional ($159/month), and Unlimited ($399/month). Subscription details:
• Starter Plan: Access to one (1) document category per month. Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options available. 3-month minimum commitment on monthly billing.
• Professional Plan: Access to three (3) client-selected document categories. Category selection is completed via intake form after purchase. Requests outside selected categories will not be fulfilled. Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options available. 3-month minimum commitment on monthly billing.
• Unlimited Plan: Access to all eight (8) document categories and all active document types. Monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options available. 3-month minimum commitment on monthly billing.
6.3 Subscription Minimums
• Monthly plans carry a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation before 3 months does not waive payment obligations for the minimum term.
• Quarterly plans are paid in full upfront. The upfront payment constitutes the commitment.
• Annual plans are paid in full upfront. The upfront payment constitutes the commitment.
6.4 Auto-Renewal
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
7. COMPLETE BUSINESS VAULT
The Complete Business Vault is a one-time purchase that provides access to all currently active document templates in the SignReady Co. LLC library. The Vault is a self-service product — you receive the templates and edit them yourself using the information you fill in. The Vault does not include the done-for-you document generation service available through subscription plans. The Vault price reflects the value of the template library; subscription plans reflect the value of ongoing document generation services performed by the Company on your behalf.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE COMPANY'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR LEGAL PURPOSE, ENFORCEABLE IN ANY JURISDICTION, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS. ATTORNEY REVIEW IS ADVISED BEFORE RELYING ON ANY DOCUMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS TO ITS WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF ITS SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR THE SPECIFIC DOCUMENT OR SERVICE AT ISSUE. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR LEGAL FEES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH DOCUMENT USE.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Company's services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Wyoming. You waive all rights to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The governing law is the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, templates, systems, prompt frameworks, and materials available through SignReady Co. LLC are proprietary intellectual property of SignReady Co. LLC. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use documents prepared for them for personal or internal business purposes only. Documents may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed. Unauthorized use of Company materials is strictly prohibited.
12. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to use the Company's services to:
• Submit false or fraudulent intake information
• Prepare documents for use in illegal activities
• Resell or redistribute documents or templates prepared by the Company
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Company's document preparation systems
• Circumvent subscription limits or access controls
13. PRIVACY
The Company collects and processes information you provide through the intake process for the purpose of preparing your documents and delivering services. The Company does not sell client information to third parties. See the Company's Privacy Policy at signreadyco.com/policies/privacy-policy for complete details.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Company's website. Continued use of services after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Company's Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and SignReady Co. LLC with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
